What to prepare before booking
Send the care label, dimensions and stain photos, noting whether the mattress can be turned, any urine staining or previous products, ventilation and alternative sleeping arrangements.

What needs separate confirmation
Cleaning cannot guarantee removal of all mites, allergens, yellowing or deep odours and is not medical treatment. Confirm moisture and heat restrictions for materials such as memory foam.
