Quotes and Fees

6 questions
Are the prices on the website final?

Prices marked with "from" are starting prices; actual fees depend on unit area, condition, and location. Per-piece, per-item, or per-square-foot services are calculated by quantity. All fees will be clearly confirmed via WhatsApp before booking.

Which services require a quote based on photos?

Floor waxing, flood cleaning, exhibition and car show cleaning, pest control, etc., involve significant situational variation, so we will review photos or videos before providing a quote.

What information should I provide to get a quote?

Provide service items, location, unit area or object dimensions, preferred date, as well as site panoramas and close-ups of stains. For appliances, add brand, model, and installation position; please mention any built-in furniture, high-level areas, or special materials. Avoid capturing identification or access control details in photos.

Should I provide saleable area or gross floor area for a quote?

Please specify whether the provided figure is saleable area, gross floor area, or the actual area to be cleaned; avoid sending just a number. For partial floor or carpet cleaning, provide dimensions (length and width) and photos; for per-piece or per-item tasks, list the quantity and size, and we will confirm the pricing method.

How is it calculated if additional items are requested on-site?

If on-site conditions differ from initial information, or you wish to add items like appliances, we will check against the original quote and verify the fees and manpower requirements for the additional scope. Do not assume general cleaning includes all dismantling, repair, or moving services; list clearly during the enquiry to minimize misunderstandings.

How do I pay? Is a deposit required?

Please confirm available payment methods, payment timing, and whether a deposit is needed before booking. Specific amounts and payment arrangements are subject to the agreed booking details; if in doubt, check via WhatsApp or phone before making payment.

Booking and Rescheduling

6 questions
How do I make a booking?

WhatsApp 6928 9628 or call 3188 1889, providing address, unit area, service items, and preferred date. If a quote is needed, you may also send photos.

How far in advance should I book?

Generally, booking a few days in advance is recommended. Peak seasons for moving in and schedules before the Lunar New Year are tight, so please contact us as early as possible.

Can I reschedule or cancel after booking?

If rescheduling or cancellation is required, please contact us as soon as possible, providing the original date, service items, and desired new date so we can check availability. Whether fees, deposits, or other processing applies depends on the confirmed booking arrangements for that specific appointment and cannot be determined solely by general website information.

What if I want to add or remove items after booking?

Please list the items, quantities, and relevant photos of the changes before our arrival so we can re-confirm the required time, manpower, and fees. Additional items may not be completed in the original time slot, and do not treat an enquiry message as a confirmed change.

How long does one cleaning take?

It depends on area, dirtiness, whether furniture is cleared, items, and site accessibility. Appliance dismantling and fabric drying also have different requirements; you may ask us to estimate work hours when enquiring and reserve flexibility for opening, inspection, and drying; do not assume the same duration for all units.

Can arrangements be made for village houses or more remote locations?

Please provide location, floor, whether there is an elevator, vehicle access points, and walking distance for transport; we will confirm if arrangements can be made based on the address and service required. Parking, handling, and building restrictions should also be stated before the quote, and arrangements or fees should not be assumed based on district names alone.

Preparation for Cleaning

6 questions
Do I need to prepare cleaning tools for deep cleaning?

No. The deep cleaning service includes cleaning tools and detergents, and the team will bring equipment such as high-temperature steam cleaners. Please ensure water and electricity are connected if they are required to be used.

Do I need to be present during cleaning?

It is best to have someone present when starting and finishing to explain key points and conduct inspection. If you cannot be present, you can arrange key handover in advance and receive a report with photos upon completion.

Can I clean if renovation is not fully completed?

It is recommended to clean only after all works (including snagging) are completed; otherwise, new dust will fall, affecting the results.

Can cleaning be done if water and electricity are not connected?

Using machinery and wet cleaning typically requires safe water and electricity; this should be confirmed before booking. If not connected, drainage is blocked, or there is suspected electrical leakage, inform us to assess and arrange for relevant personnel; do not wait until arrival to discover that work cannot be started safely.

Do I need to clear furniture and miscellaneous items before cleaning?

Please secure valuables, documents, and fragile items, and clear cabinets and surfaces you wish to be cleaned. Whether large, fixed, or heavy furniture can be moved must be confirmed first; inaccessible backs and bottoms should not be assumed to be included. Try to schedule move-in cleaning before a large volume of furniture is delivered.

Do I need to arrange management office registration and loading/unloading in advance?

If the building requires visitor registration, specific working hours, elevator protection, or loading/unloading reservations, please confirm with the management office and notify us. Also, designate a contact for entry and provide parking arrangements so that working time is focused on cleaning rather than waiting to enter.

Service Scope

6 questions
Can I book cleaning and appliance cleaning at the same time?

Yes. For example, combining move-in cleaning with air conditioning or refrigerator cleaning reduces the number of visits. Please list required items during enquiry.

What is the difference between deep cleaning and hourly cleaning?

Hourly cleaning is suitable for daily dusting, kitchen/bathroom cleaning, and floor maintenance within a set time; deep cleaning addresses move-in, post-renovation dust, or deeper grime based on confirmed scope. Both are not just about different durations; tools, methods, and items must be checked one by one; internal appliance dismantling should not be assumed to be included.

Does whole-house cleaning include internal appliance dismantling?

General surface cleaning and internal dismantling of air conditioners, washing machines, and range hoods are different items. When needed, provide models, quantities, and installation photos, and confirm the parts that can be dismantled, prices, and dates. Existing malfunctions, repairs, and parts replacement are not equivalent to cleaning.

Are window exteriors and tracks cleaned too?

Please verify the actual scope for the inside of the glass, frames, tracks, and exterior when quoting. Safe access depends on window type and position, and general indoor cleaning is not to be understood as high-altitude exterior wall work; do not lean out of windows or remove safety devices.

Can high spots on cabinet tops and the back of fixed furniture be cleaned?

Please take panoramic photos first, specify height, surrounding space, and any obstructions, then confirm a safe and feasible scope. Some areas may require different equipment or separate arrangements; do not use unsafe furniture climbing methods, and we cannot guarantee that all hidden locations are accessible.

Is deep cleaning equivalent to disinfection or formaldehyde removal?

No. Cleaning mainly removes grime; disinfection uses specific products and conditions; indoor pollutants like formaldehyde involve material emission, source control, and ventilation. When requiring extra services, confirm purpose, method, and scope; do not judge indoor air quality by scent or surface cleanliness.

Results and Inspection

6 questions
Can old oil stains or fabric stains definitely be cleaned?

Not necessarily. Results are affected by stain composition, duration, material, and previous treatments. Provide close-ups and origins for the team to assess; permanent dyes, etching marks, and damaged coatings may not be restored by cleaning; do not over-scrub or use unsuitable products to remove stains.

Can floor scratches and fading be restored by cleaning?

Cleaning is not equivalent to sanding, refinishing, or re-dyeing. Scratches, fading, corrosion, and moisture expansion may be material damage; identify and record these first. Floor waxing also depends on material and original condition; do not assume all damage is fixed just by increased luster.

How should inspection be conducted upon completion?

Refer to the confirmed list, check accessible surfaces room by room, including inside cabinets, tracks, kitchens/bathrooms, and floor corners, then confirm drying and pre-existing damage. Use panoramas then close-ups; do not judge cleanliness by scent or reflection; any missed locations should be pointed out upon completion.

What if locations are found to be improperly cleaned during inspection?

Please point out specific locations on-site, check against the original scope and pre-start records, and confirm with the team the degree of remediability and follow-up arrangements. If discovered after departure, contact us with photos, service date, and items; we will verify if it falls under the original scope, was pre-existing damage, and determine subsequent handling.

Will there be more dust if renovation or furniture delivery occurs after cleaning?

Possibly. Drilling, repairs, moving, and unpacking can re-introduce dust; it is recommended to finish works before the final cleaning, and perform local maintenance after furniture delivery. Dust caused by subsequent works should be understood separately from any omissions in the initial cleaning.

How can I conduct inspection using photos if not on-site?

List rooms and priorities you wish to view, such as cabinet interiors, tracks, stove surfaces, and bathroom corners, and arrange for panoramas and close-ups. Use consistent angles and lighting for before/after photos and confirm inaccessible areas; do not substitute full inspection with a single living room photo.

Safety and Usage Arrangements

6 questions
Does the cleaning team have insurance?

Yes. The team has employees' compensation insurance and third-party liability insurance; specific protection is subject to policy terms.

Will high-temperature steam damage furniture or floors?

The team will evaluate the material first. Materials unsuitable for high-temperature steam, such as certain wooden floors or leather, will be treated with other appropriate methods.

How should arrangements be made for children or pets at home?

Inform us of relevant needs when booking; prevent children and pets from entering areas with tools, wet floors, or cleaning products during work. Ventilate as needed according to product requirements after completion, and use surfaces only when dry; if there are known sensitivities or material limitations, explain them first; do not assume "natural" or "odorless" means zero risk.

When can sofas, mattresses, or carpets be used after washing?

It depends on material thickness, moisture content, humidity, and ventilation; we cannot guarantee all situations will dry at the same time. Reserve flexibility in timing, and confirm full dryness as instructed on-site before replacing bedding, covering, or using; surface dryness does not guarantee the filling and base layers are dry.

Is cleaning enough for mold spots or water seepage?

Recurring mold, leaks, and dampness require locating the source; surface cleaning cannot replace leak repair. Damaged porous materials, hidden mold issues, or significant contamination may require professional assessment or replacement; if there is physical discomfort, seek medical advice, as diagnosis cannot be made from photos alone.

Can I have appliances cleaned if they smell burnt, leak, or make strange noises?

Record the model and abnormality, and arrange for suitable personnel to judge if repair is needed. Stop using appliances with burning odors or suspected leaks; do not repeatedly test or clean; cleaning cannot replace electrical inspection and does not guarantee the resolution of all leaks or operation problems.
