LOHAS Park · Sai Kung
For LOHAS PARK, inquiries regarding new property key collection, move-in cleaning, formaldehyde removal, air conditioner cleaning, and disinfection are accepted; please provide the key collection and move-in dates.
Services and pricing
Fees are assessed based on area, stain condition, work scope, and location; quotes will be confirmed before scheduling.
Before taking over or moving in, if you wish to handle floors, window frames, window tracks, kitchen, and bathroom in one go, please inquire about move-in cleaning; if renovation work is still ongoing, specify the completion date before scheduling.
Recommended to book after handover and before furniture delivery; please provide unit area and move-in date.
If you need formaldehyde removal after new renovation or new furniture, you can provide the completion date, number of new furniture items, and area, and we will evaluate the treatment and ventilation arrangements after cleaning.
Please provide the unit area, completion date, and quantity of new furniture.
If fine dust, paint splatters on glass/tiles, or tape marks remain after completion, they should be assessed under post-renovation cleaning rather than just hourly housekeeping.
Please book after contractors have finished and debris has been cleared, and send on-site photos for assessment.
If an air conditioner has dust accumulation, odors, or airflow issues, please first provide the type (window-type or split-type), quantity, and installation location; general body wiping and disassembly/washing of filters and fan wheels involve different procedures.
Please provide photos of the air conditioner type, quantity, and installation location.
If you require treatment for high-touch areas like door handles and switches after cleaning, you can inquire about disinfection; disinfection does not replace removing dust and stains; please ventilate as instructed after completion.
Please provide unit area and preferred date.
Property and unit details
Property name or address, building block, floor, and saleable area; you can find your building in the directory below.
Service and scope
Required service type, key areas for cleaning, and types/quantities of appliances.
On-site photos
Panoramic shots and close-ups of key stains, especially needed for post-renovation, damp, or flood situations.
Date and access arrangements
Preferred date, available access times, and requirements for key handover or management office registration.
Working area versus actual scope
After providing saleable area, specify rooms, bathrooms, built-in cabinets, windows, and areas needing attention. Gardens, platforms, rooftops, or other outdoor areas should be listed separately, not estimated by indoor square footage.
Stains, materials, and construction conditions
Dust, oil, grime, paint splatters, and tape marks require different processes. Provide panoramic and close-up photos, and specify materials like wooden floors or marble to help confirm methods and areas needing assessment.
Manpower, time slots, and access arrangements
Please provide the preferred date, and the method for opening doors and key handover; if there is no lift, tools must be carried up stairs, or parking is far away, please state this in advance so we can confirm arrangements when quoting.
Finish work and tidy the site first
Arrange comprehensive cleaning after renovation or repairs are completed and debris is cleared. For move-in cleaning, try to schedule before furniture is delivered; for move-out, arrange after furniture is moved out and before handing over the property.
First, confirm processes that might re-soil the site
Air conditioner cleaning requires disassembly and water; provide the installation location first to confirm protection and water drainage arrangements. When booking along with whole-house cleaning, coordinate the sequence of machine washing and floor finishing to avoid having to clean again afterward.
Cleaning to the agreed scope and on-site verification
Compare key areas item-by-item against the quote. Upon completion, check kitchen, bathroom, window tracks, cabinets, or designated commercial areas together; point out any stains needing follow-up on the spot for easy confirmation.
Additional treatments and restoring usage
When disinfecting or removing formaldehyde, confirm the sequence and ventilation requirements; carpet cleaning and floor waxing also require drying time. Pest control should be confirmed separately based on the infestation situation.
Kitchen, bathroom, and floors
Check the cleaned countertops, sanitary ware, floors, and corners, and pay attention to whether oil stains, water scale, and visible dust still need attention; if you have questions, you can point out the specific location on-site.
Window frames, tracks, and cabinets
Check interior glass, tracks, cabinets, and shelves within the agreed scope. Cabinets must be cleared first; check for stubborn marks or material issues during final inspection.
Appliance operation and peripheral finishing
If air conditioner cleaning has been booked, test the operation according to the service scope after cleaning, and check whether the walls, floors, and water drainage area are tidy; other appliances should be confirmed according to the checklist on that service page.
Record areas needing follow-up
Keep the list and photos confirmed during the quote to compare with the completed scope. If omissions or areas need attention, take close-ups and clearly indicate room and location for the team to follow up.
Local guide
LOHAS PARK belongs to Sai Kung; the following organizes key inquiry points by different situations
If there is construction dust, sand in window tracks, or adhesive residue after key collection, please take photos and provide the area. It is recommended to perform property inspection and complete repairs before cleaning before furniture delivery.
If there is a significant amount of new furniture or custom-made cabinets, you may consider formaldehyde removal after cleaning, and provide the quantity of new furniture to facilitate suggesting the sequence and ventilation time.

Before you book
It is recommended to book move-in cleaning after receiving keys and before furniture delivery.
Yes. Please provide the full address of Sai KungLOHAS PARK, area, and required services, and we will reply with a quote and available dates.
There are three types of charges in the price list: those marked "starting from" are base rates confirmed by area, condition, scope, and location; unit prices per sq. ft. or per unit are calculated by actual area/quantity; items marked for photo quotes require photo assessment first.
Property name or address, building/floor, unit area, service type, preferred date, and on-site photos.
Daily hourly cleaning is suitable for vacuuming, wet mopping, and kitchen/bathroom cleaning in homes already occupied; when you need to handle dust, window tracks, and accumulated dirt for move-in, move-out, or after renovation, evaluate based on the deep cleaning scope first. Providing photos is easier for confirming the appropriate service than just reporting hours.
These need to be confirmed separately. Full-house cleaning or surface cleaning does not include interior unit cleaning of ACs, range hoods, etc.; fabric cleaning, disinfection, and formaldehyde removal are different services. List items, quantities, and photos when inquiring to confirm quotes/procedures.
Verify kitchen, floor, tracks, cabinets, or designated commercial areas item-by-item against the confirmed checklist. Test additional appliance cleaning within the scope. Point out doubts on-site, take photos, and clarify ventilation/drying arrangements.
